WESTERN AUSRALIAN STATE ELECTION
6 SEPTEMBER 2008
Western Australian electors visiting or residing overseas are advised that the Western Australian State election has been announced for Saturday, 6 September 2008.
Information about the election can be found on the website of the Western Australian Electoral Commission.
Postal voting services will be available through the WAEC in Australia for Australians overseas who are eligible to vote in this election. Postal vote applications are available on the WAEC website. If internet access is not available, electors may obtain copies from any Australian Embassy, High Commission, Consulate-General or Consulate overseas or by contacting the Western Australian Electoral Commission on + 61 8 9214 0400 or via email.
