Conversion of Australian Driver’s Licence to Malaysian Driver’s Licence
In order for the High Commission to issue letters certifying the validity of an Australian Driver’s Licence, you are required to write directly to the respective State and Territory Motor Vehicles Authorities.

Reason: to facilitate in the process of obtaining Malaysian Driver's Licence.
Once confirmation received from the MVA’s you need to bring in your driver’s licence and the confirmation letter to our office.
The current fee for the letter is RM71 and only payable in Malaysian Ringgit cash. (Please check latest fees)
Our Consular counter is open from 8.30 - 12.00 noon Monday to Friday apart from observed Public Holidays.
